Volunteer
Friends of Recovery NEO has been blessed with countless kind, generous and compassionate volunteers. Thousands of volunteer hours have been logged during the home renovation projects alone!
There are numerous opportunities to volunteer as an individual, a business, a church or other organization. Occasionally, we host “work parties” for assisting with our renovation projects. We are also in search of tradesmen who are willing and able to help with renovation work currently underway at our newest project: Shalom Home for Women with Children.
Just a few volunteer activities:
Various home renovation work
Yard work and grounds maintenance
Gardening
Fundraising and assisting with/at fundraising events
Providing meals for a support group (see info under “Donate”)
If you are skilled in a construction trade and would like to offer assistance with our home renovation, or if you are representing a group and would like to schedule a volunteer day for your group, please contact Lorrie at 440-376-4419. You can also sign up for the Volunteers Mailing List below.
